CIC Group, located in Fenton, MO is seeking an Application Support Analyst for our Time and Attendance software. The Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to business unit IT and end-users via the triage and troubleshooting of support tickets, completion of service requests, and investigation of end-user reported application errors. This position will coordinate escalation of complex problems and requests to the application vendor and ensure that support application vendor is responding to and resolving escalated issues in a timely manner. We are seeking an individual with advanced understanding of time and attendance collection methods and workflows, customer service skills, who is a savvy learner, resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve time and attendance tickets
  • Implementation and roll out of mJobTime throughout the organization
  • Vendor Management; including leading meetings and open case management
  • Responsible for user account maintenance in several applications
  • Update Timekeeper manual and distribute to Timekeepers
  • Train Timekeepers/Clerks on use and configuration of badge scanning hardware
  • Help Timekeepers with import, export and record status issues
  • Maintain share file drive (Adding New Job Folders/Archiving Completed jobs)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced understanding of specific time and attendance collection methods and workflows
  • Advanced understanding of ERP platforms and time and attendance applications
  • Basic IT knowledge associated with being a proficient end-user or power user
  • Basic knowledge of job/contract requirements as they relate to time and attendance reporting
  • Basic knowledge of vendor management
  • Demonstrated excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting end users both in-person and remotely
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Highly professional and trustworthy team player
  • Ability to learn new skills from others and on your own
  • Proficiency in English
  • BS/BA in IT / Computer Science related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of work experience in IT field with a Construction ERP, Vista by Viewpoint and/or Time and Attendance Collection

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with mJobTime Time and Attendance collection software
  • Familiarity with Vista by Viewpoint ERP software
  • Experience writing documentation
  • Understanding of IT Confidentiality Best Practices

TRAVEL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Limited travel may be required inside of the United States.
